But instead of crossing a line that would have destroyed both his life and others’ lives forever, he decided to write about the violence that exists in families today. By telling his story in this memoir, he hopes to save others from the violence that he has endured, and at times created, in his family.

Lower yourself to your forearms. Your elbow should be in line with your shoulders, and your body should be flat. Make sure your butt is not sagging or sticking up. This will make you engage your abs to hold your body in that position. Hold as long as you can, then take a 30 second rest. Repeat 3-4 times. The Side Plank For side plank, balance on one forearm, facing to the side. Raise your hips so your body makes a straight line. Hold as long as you can, then take a 30 second rest.
